Royal Cruise

So the 30th of August – 6 Sept was spent down in the Caribbean on a cruise without the kids! It was so much fun! We did end up with warm weather the days that we were at sea. The ports we stopped in were; Labadee, Haiti, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Philipsburg, St. Martaan. A few of the ports had not so sunny weather, but we were still able to do our zip line tour in Puerto Rico, and Paul and his sister and hubby were able to do some snorkeling in both Haiti, and St. Martaan, so the trip was very successful. We had a fabulous captain who was able to dodge the 4 hurricanes that were passing through the Caribbean. Paul and his mom even got fried in the hot sun! Jamie and I managed to come off the cruise looking pretty tan. We had so much fun swimming, eating yummy food, seeing the nightly shows, and just hanging out as adults. What a wonderful vacation! Thanks Karen for taking us, and it will always be memorable!

Thanks to my parents, and sister and her hubby, and aunts, uncles, cousins, who helped watch our kids for 9 days!! That was by far the longest we have been away from the kids. It was very hard, but I think it was good for the kids. I know they love their grandparents even more, and I know my parents had a great time with their grandkids.
