Mayne family

Jackson went to his first birthday party yesterday. Although I didn’t go, I stayed home with Eli, Paul told me that Jackson had so much fun. He loved riding the rides, and stuck close by his little buddy. Jackson lately loves birthdays, and loves to celebrate them. He went around singing happy birthday, and made sure the helped blow out the candles. I think I might have to have one of Jackson’s parties at this place. This place caters to little kids birthdays. It is like a little mini lagoon. So fun.

Eli and I had a fun day yesterday just the two of us. He actually took a really long nap which is rare for him. I think not having his brother make noises sure helped. Eli is growing up so fast. We went for a little walk, and he refused the stroller. He had to walk on his own. He is more independent everyday. He tries to say more everyday too. I love this stage. It was nice to spend some one on one time with him and not have to referee between the two of them.
